COVID-19 Access Control App

As COVID-19 continues to spread, the need for proper access control, screening, and record keeping for contact tracing purposes is on the rise. As a result, we've developed a simple interface that is both user friendly and interactive. No downloading or coding is required.  

How Does it Work?

1. We will provide you a scalable QR code image that you can print and place at any desk, door, or upright display. This QR code is exclusively for your facility.
2. When an employee or visitor arrives at your lobby, they simply scan the QR tag with their phone, and answer the interactive questions.
3. Based on the visitors response, they will either get a RED X (Access denied. Wait further instructions) or a GREEN CHECK MARK (Access granted. Proceed on to security for temperature screening.) followed by additional instructions based on your facilities COVID-19 protocols. 
4. Your front lobby security guard or temperature screener then can visually verify the visitors screen results, and proceeds to the next step of your access control plan.
5. All submissions are emailed in real-time to your managers or COVID compliance staff. 
6. All submissions are compiled at the end of the day, and will be available via email to your managers or compliance staff in a downloadable spreadsheet.
