An active shooter is an individual actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a confined and other populated area. In most cases, active shooters use firearms and there is no pattern or method to their selection of victims. Active shooter situations are unpredictable and evolve quickly.
All employees can help prevent and prepare for potential active shooter situations. This course provides guidance to individuals, including managers and employees, so that they can prepare to respond to an active shooter situation.
This course incorporates slideshows, interactive videos, total student participation followed by a test. This course adheres to DHS and FEMA guidelines.
Upon completing this course, the participant will be able to:

A: This class will be held at your facility.

A: We provide all the materials such as handouts, registration forms, and tests.

A: The training takes 2-3 hour to complete.
Q: How many employees can you train at a time?
A: Typically, we do 15 students at a time in 2-3 hour blocks.
Q: How much does this class cost?
A: Price is based on the number of employees, your industry, and location to be serviced. We factor in travel, instruction, testing and materials.
