As a growing provider of safety and security services, we aim to incorporate our 5 Star Approach into the daily operations of our company. We strive to tackle common issues that are plaguing the security industry, and offer our exceptional services as a better solution with our clients overall interests in mind.
2. We Conduct Thorough Background Checks
Advanced background checks are preformed to verify security guard credentials and fitness for duty. Additionally, we also perform drug screening and administer a security service general knowledge quiz to all applicants.

4. We Utilize Technology
Our Security Management App is available to all clients. This app includes the capabilities to set hourly patrol scan points, create incident reports, setup a geo-fence around the property, light pole inspections, fire extinguisher/AED inspections and much more.
5. Our Dispatch Center is Available 24/7
In addition to our supervisors doing random spot checks, our dispatch center monitors our security service & EMT response staff. Our dispatchers perform safety check-ins during their shift to make sure they are on-site and attentive to duty.
In addition to our supervisors and management team, the Security Operations Center (SOC) will be staffed by experienced dispatchers who will oversee our entire field operations 24/7.
SOC Capabilities:
In addition to company and site specific orientation, our security professionals must complete over 160 hours of training in our online LMS suite.
Once an employee has successfully completed a module, they will be issued a certificate of completion which expires 3 to 12 months after its issue date (depending on the course). After a certificate expires, employees must retake the module to keep their skills fresh!
Our training coordinator tracks the progress of our employee in the LMS suite. Strengths and weaknesses will be highlighted. This allows us to drill down on areas of improvement needed.
Our scenario based firearms training simulator allows us to train our people under stress in a controlled environment. We also require our armed guards to shoot twice a year at the shooting range (live fire).
