In addition to our supervisors and management team, the Security Operations Center (SOC) is staffed by experienced dispatchers who oversee our entire field operations 24/7.
SOC Capabilities:
- A centralized dispatch line for clients, their guests, emergency services, and our employees to call on 24/7.
- Instant radio communications with all of our sites within a 200 mile radius.
- Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) & centralized records.
- Parking management records.
- Live guard camera monitoring.
- Guard tour GPS tracking.
- Live video feed to company vehicles.
- Direct access to the NYS DMV to identify abandoned vehicles, illegally parked vehicles and vehicles that are towed away.
- Monitor public safety frequencies to alert our guards if emergency services are inbound to their site.
- Ensure that all guards are completing vehicle and foot patrol based on the needs of our clients.
