Parking Management & Enforcement Services

Our Parking Management Services can be performed for a variety of sites including private communities, colleges, universities, hospitals, office buildings, private and public parking facilities. We assist our clients in all aspects of parking management and enforcement. 

This includes:

• Up to 1 hour of on-site mobile patrol security while we are there doing our rounds.
• Developing parking policies.
• Installing signage required by law.
• Issuing parking permits or day passes.
• Creating and maintaining an updated list of permitted vehicles, permits or day passes.
• Enforcing posted parking policies.
• Secure online notice payment system.
• Simple appeal process.
• Towing vehicles as needed

The keep the cost of this service low, we bill clients and make our money based on the number of permits sold and notices issued.

As a client, you must purchase a number of permits / digital seats from us based on your need. You should then issue them to your employees or residents each year. 

If someone loses a permit, does not link a permit to their plate, the permit is not displayed, permit is expired, swapped with another vehicle, or the vehicle is unauthorized, they will be issued a warning and a 24 hour parking pass. That allows them enough time to coordinate parking authorization with your office and our office to request a permit and authorization from you. Those who ignore the posted parking rules and regulations, our notice(s), or do not coordinate with your office within the given 24 hour period will get a "Notice of Fee" and they will be fined $35.00 (per day) to be assigned an extended temporary permit until they receive authorization from your management or leasing office. Gross violations will result in the vehicle being towed. If you have permits in your office, you may issue them one and we will remove all records and fees associated with the notice.

Start Up Fee (once):

• $450.00.
• Includes site survey.
• Creation of your database and program.
• Does not include the cost of signage.

Cost of Permits / Digital Seats (paid monthly):

• 1 to 50 permits = $25.00ea / month
• 51 to 100 permits = $23.00ea / month
• 101+ permits = $18.00ea / month

Monthly Enforcement and Maintenance Segment Fee (paid monthly):

• $350.00
• Includes 2 (AM / PM) patrols per day during unauthorized parking peak hours.
• Additional patrols or all day peak hour coverage incurs an additional fee.

Monthly Cost = # of permits + enforcement segment

As long as its limited to private property, the answer is YES. You must give us written permission to patrol your property and enforce the parking rules and regulations. You must also have conspicuous signs posted in your parking lot that mention the parking rules, regulations, fees, and tow company information which we also can design and order for you. That is all there is to it! 

The "notices" we issue are NOT law enforcement, municipal citations or tickets. The notices we issue are a "notice of a fee for a parking permit." Fee's are limited to $35.00. Once a fee is paid by the vehicles owner, we will mail a physical parking permit to your administrative office with the vehicles information attached, or we will mail it directly to the vehicles owner. The option for digital parking permits linked to a vehicles plate is also available.

If someone refuses to get a permit and they are a repeat violator, we will place multiple notices / warnings on their vehicle before their vehicle is towed away from the property with your authorization. Anytime a vehicle is towed, the local police department must be made aware.

Additional Notice Considerations:

• Double parking / over the line / occupying 2 spaces (placed warning only -- no fee)
• Parking in unassigned spot (placed warning only -- no fee)
• Speeding in your residential community (warming mailed only so your HOA can send the vehicles owner a HOA issued warning -- no fee)
