Two Options

1. Metal Detector Rental with Armed Security 
2. Equipment Rental Only — $5,000 security deposit required and non-negotiable.

Includes:

• Walk-Through Metal Detector — Delivered, set up, maintained, and removed by our team. 
• 2 Armed Security Officers — Trained in weapons detection and screening procedures. 
• Handheld Screening Wands — For secondary screening. 
• Required Signage — Search notices and ADA-accessible signage. 
• Stanchions & Barriers — For organized entry and crowd flow. 

Our goal is to safely screen attendees in under 10 seconds each. Larger events may require additional personnel.

Our officers remain at the entrance throughout the event. All attendees, including anyone who leaves and returns, must be screened before entry.

4-hour minimum for all staffed deployments.

• Delivery & Setup: $150.00 — Locations within approximately one (1) hour of Newburgh, New York
• Up to 8 Hours: $650.00
• 24-Hour Rental: $800.00
• Weekend / Up to 3 Days: $1,500.00
• Weekly Rental / Up to 7 Days: $2,500.00
• On-Site Maintenance or Operator: Not included

A $5,000 security deposit is required and non-negotiable. The applicable rental fee is INCLUDED within the $5,000 deposit and is not charged in addition to it.

The security deposit must be received in cleared funds before the equipment is released. Accepted payment methods include certified check, cashier's check, wire transfer, Zelle, or other approved cleared funds.

Upon return, all equipment will be inspected by Mid-Hudson Security Consultants, LLC. The applicable rental fee and any charges resulting from damage, theft, loss, missing equipment, or failure to return the equipment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter following the return and satisfactory inspection of all equipment.

A valid government-issued photo ID and signed rental agreement are required before equipment is released.

Additional charges may apply for extended-distance delivery, pickup, additional equipment, special setup requirements, extended rental periods, or other requested services.

Equipment-only rentals do not include an on-site operator, security personnel, monitoring, maintenance, or security services unless separately contracted.
