All new hires are required to serve a 90‑day probationary period. During this time, performance, reliability, and adherence to company standards will be closely evaluated.

All employees are required to successfully complete an Annual General Security Competency Exam. This exam ensures ongoing proficiency, compliance with industry standards, and readiness to handle evolving security challenges.

All armed guards must complete bi‑annual firearms qualification, including scored range work to verify proficiency.
